Report: Nick Foles to start against Panthers

The Philadelphia Inquirer reports Michael Vick (concussion) will not be cleared in time for Monday's game, and that Nick Foles will make his second consecutive start.
The writing was on the wall after Foles took all the first-team reps in Wednesday's practice. Coach Andy Reid hinted Vick is making progress, but this is further proof his concussion was indeed a "significant" one. Overmatched against the Redskins last Sunday, it's hard to see Foles playing as poorly in Week 12, but he won't be a recommended QB2 against the Panthers.
