Kenny Phillips (knee) 'still not 100 percent'

Giants SS Kenny Phillips (knee) still doesn't "feel 100 percent" but thinks he's "good enough to play" against the Packers in Week 12.
Phillips was officially limited in practice on Wednesday, but he insists it was full participation. He hasn't played since Week 4, and Stevie Brown has been getting the starts at strong safety. Phillips says the Giants have been leaving the decision whether to play or not "in my hands." It's no guarantee that Phillips will be a starter upon his return.
