Coach Mike Tomlin said he doesn't know who he will start at running back in Sunday's game against the Browns.
Rashard Mendenhall started last week, but played in a heavy rotation with Jonathan Dwyer. Isaac Redman was also in the mix until he sustained a concussion. It doesn't sound like Tomlin has been impressed enough with any of the three to ride one as a workhorse right now. "My preference would be to have a healthy, solidified featured runner, but I don't always get what I want in this business," Tomlin said. Both Mendenhall and Dwyer project as desperation flex plays only this week.
