Packers to ride hot hand in a timeshare

The Packers are expected use James Starks and Alex Green in a timeshare until one of the two emerges with a hot hand.
Coach Mike McCarthy lamented that the slow-footed Starks "left a lot of production on the field" after reviewing the Week 11 film. Starks got the feature-back workload because Green had missed too many holes leading up to the bye week. The Week 9 division with Starks on early downs and Green on passing downs seemed to work best. The Packers are hoping that Cedric Benson returns by mid-December.
