D-Backs interested in Tigers' Jhonny Peralta

According to Danny Knobler of CBSSports.com, the Diamondbacks have shown interest in Tigers' shortstop Jhonny Peralta.
The Diamondbacks have been searching far and wide for a shortstop, but the Tigers won't part with Peralta unless they can find an upgrade elsewhere. Peralta batted .239/.305/.384 with 13 homers and a .689 OPS this season and is under contract for $6 million next year.
