The Bills expect Fred Jackson to complete his concussion protocol Tuesday.

Jackson didn't practice Monday because he hadn't quite passed all of the league-mandated testing. Coach Chan Gailey believes that will be a mere formality on Tuesday. If Jackson is practicing Wednesday, we'll know he's ready to share the workload with C.J. Spiller in Sunday's game against the Colts' No. 22 run defense.
