49ers OLB Aldon Smith recorded 5.5 sacks against the Bears on Monday night in Week 11.
Smith absolutely abused Bears offensive linemen LT J'Marcus Webb and RT Gabe Carimi. He had no problem just simply throwing the two tackles out of the way, or if that wasn't the tactic of choice, Smith would just use his speed and run right around them. 23-year-old Smith now has 29 sacks in 26 career games and sits atop the leader-board with his 15 sacks this season. After playing in just over 50 percent of the defensive snaps as a rookie in 2011, Smith entered Week 11 as a full-time defensive player, participating in over 95 percent of the snaps. Those percentages are courtesy of Pro Football Focus.
