Fred Jackson still not medically cleared

Fred Jackson (concussion) has yet to be medically cleared.
Coach Chan Gailey said Saturday he was "hoping" Jackson would be back for Wednesday's practice, but he was absent from Monday's informal session. Jackson will be at two weeks of rest when the Bills take on the Colts Sunday, so there remains a strong chance he'll be active. His role is likely to be more limited than usual, however, leaving C.J. Spiller as a borderline RB1. We'll know more on Wednesday.
