Estes didn't play IFQ-America; Colonial next?

Bob Estes elected not to give it a go at today's International Final Qualifying for The Open Championship.
Estes has been terrific about engaging with his followers on Twitter and updating them about his schedule. In response to a query on Sunday asking if he'd compete at this week's Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial, he wrote: "I'm hoping to but I withdrew from the Open qualifier this morning. No way I can finish 36 holes in high winds tmrw." The veteran has been dogged by a stomach illness that forced him out just before the opening round of THE PLAYERS on May 9.
