Citing a source close to LeSean McCoy, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports the Eagles' running back is "alert," but "foggy and tired" after suffering a late-game concussion in Week 11.
They are typical concussion symptoms, immediately after the injury occurs. While the Eagles have an extra day to get McCoy back healthy because they play on Monday Night Football in Week 12, there are no guarantees they hurry him along during a lost season. McCoy will have to pass the NFL protocol concussion testing in order to receive medical clearance. Philly hosts Carolina next.
