It'll be Hernandez's fourth straight missed game. Visanthe Shiancoe (eight snaps in Week 10) and Daniel Fells (healthy scratch) are not viable fallback options, so look outside New England to replace Hernandez in your lineup. Hernandez has been practicing on a limited basis the past two weeks, but at this point there's no way to tell when he'll return. He remains a "hold" in all leagues. Perhaps the Pats are targeting Thanksgiving night against the Jets.
