Tom Gillis signed for a 3-under-par 33-34=67 in the third round of the HP Byron Nelson Championship and enters the final round two back at 11-under 199.
Gillis circled four birdies and suffered one bogey in his third lap around TPC Four Seasons. His most dramatic shot was his final one, holing out a bunker shot from 15 yards for birdie at the 18th. He leads the field in strokes gained-putting this week, averaging a gain 2.757 strokes per round over the field. He's one of a number of players chasing Keegan Bradley in search of a first win.
