Late bogeys cool English's round at the HPBNC
May 18, 2013 - 5:25 PM ET

Harris English bogeyed two of his final four holes in posting a 2-under-par 33-35=68 in the third round of the HP Byron Nelson Championship and enters the finale at 8-under 202.

English had a busy day on the card, picking up six birdies and giving back four bogeys on his lap around TPC Four Seasons. His birdies came in binges of three, with a 30'11" putt kicking off the first run at the par-4 sixth and a 5'9" effort at the par-4 11th spurring on his second streak. He hit 12 GIR and picked up more than a stroke on the field with the putter. He'll try and survive what is expected to be a windy final round on Sunday.
