Skins willing to use Garcon at less than 100%

Pierre Garcon (foot) was limited again in Thursday's practice.
Coordinator Kyle Shanahan acknowledged Garcon is "nowhere near 100 percent, but it's been good that he can get through practice." Although the Redskins aren't sure if he will get back to full health this season, they are inclined to play him at whatever level is possible. It sounds like the coaches will milk what they can out of Garcon, starting Sunday versus the Eagles. For fantasy leaguers, it's a prove-it game. Garcon is worthy of flier in 12-team leagues if he remains on the waiver wire.
