Coach Chan Gailey vows to get C.J. Spiller 20-30 carries versus the Dolphins Thursday night if that's what it takes to win.
"He's a dynamic player to say the least. He'll get a lot of chances this week, for sure," said Gailey. "If he needs to run it 20, 25, 30 times a game for us to win, that's what we'll do. We're not afraid to do that. We don't think he's a fragile player or anything like that." Over his past 14 games, Spiller has tallied 154 carries, 1,023 rushing yards (6.6 YPC), 49 receptions, 469 receiving yards, and 10 TDs. His current per-carry average of 7.3 is on pace to break the NFL record of Mercury Morris and Jamaal Charles by nearly a full yard.
