Omer Asik scored a career-high 19 points in Monday's loss to the Heat, hitting 4-of-8 shots (11-of-14 from the foul line) with 14 rebounds, three assists, and one block.
Asik is returning eighth round value in 8-cat formats and 13th round value in 9-cat formats, but the good news is that it he appears to be taking steps forward on offense. He is also 15-of-18 from the foul line in his last two contests, which is a trend that will not continue for the career 49.4 percent shooter, but it's a step in the right direction. Chandler Parsons also set a career-high with 25 points tonight.
