A source told Mark Saxon of ESPN Los Angeles that the Dodgers are "out" on free agent Torii Hunter.
The Dodgers have Carl Crawford, Matt Kemp and Andre Ethier locked into long-term deals, so there was never much of a fit anyway. The Tigers, Braves, Phillies and Red Sox have also been linked to the veteran outfielder since free agency officially got underway. Hunter, 37, should be able to find himself a two-year deal.
