Blixt takes a pass on the HP Byron Nelson

Jonas Blixt has been removed from the published field of this week's HP Byron Nelson Championship.
Blixt finished last among the 77 that completed 72 holes at last week's PLAYERS, his fourth straight event. He's exempt into the next two tournaments, so it's possible that he wants a break. He's 153rd in FedExCup points, but course history buffs may have wanted to lean on last year's T3 at TPC Four Seasons. That strategy will have to be tabled for at least another year.
