Fox Sports' Ken Rosenthal reports the Dodgers have won the negotiating rights to Korean left-hander Ryu Hyun-Jin.

This confirms earlier speculation. The Dodgers submitted a posting fee of $25.74 million and now have 30 days to sign Ryu, who is represented by agent Scott Boras. The 25-year-old from Japan is believed to be seeking a two-year deal. CBS Sports' Jon Heyman reported that "at least one other team" posted an offer in the $20 million range.
