Chalmers fires a 68 in PLAYERS third round

Greg Chalmers circled five birdies to just one bogey in his third round of THE PLAYERS for a 4-under-par 32-36=68.
Chalmers split nine (of 14) fairways and landed 14 GIR in his lap around TPC Sawgrass. He was blemish-free for his first 14 holes, surrendering his only bogey of the day after a poor chip on the par-4 15th. He would pull the eraser out on his next hole and sink an 8'6" birdie, then find pars on 17 and 18. His previous best finish in this event was a tie for ninth in his first trip way back in 2000.
