Castro takes 15 more shots in second round

Overnight leader Roberto Castro chased his opening 63 at THE PLAYERS with a 6-over-par 39-39=78 in his second round.
Even the most cynical didn't expect this from the PGA TOUR sophomore. He split 10 (of 14) fairways and hit just nine greens at TPC Sawgrass today. After a birdie-4 at the second hole, he'd fail to find another par breaker along the way, instead settling for five bogeys and a double. Castro missed three putts inside eight feet today. He signed his card sitting 3-under 141, eight strokes back of the 36-hole clubhouse lead.
