GM: Flyers don't plan on buying out Bryzgalov

Flyers GM Paul Holmgren denied the reports that the team is considering buying out Ilya Bryzgalov this summer.
Bryzgalov has a 2.84 GAA and .898 save percentage in 39 starts this season. He comes with a $5,666,667 annual cap hit and the Flyers are currently projected to exceed the 2013-14 salary cap. It's anticipated that they will get below it by buying out at least one contract over the summer, although it might not be Bryzgalov's. Daniel Briere, who has a $6.5 million annual cap hit, recently predicted that he will be bought out.
