Phillies have interest in Pads' Chase Headley

According to FOX Sports' Jon Paul Morosi, the Phillies have interest in the Padres' Chase Headley.
The Phils need a solution at the hot corner with Placido Polanco nearing the end of his career and Headley would provide a major upgrade. But word is the Padres might hold off until the winter to deal the 28-year-old, who is under contract through 2014. The Yankees, Indians, A's and Pirates have also expressed recent interest.
