Rams 2nd-year DE Robert Quinn popped for DWI
Robert Quinn - DL - St. Louis Rams
July 19, 2012 - 10:30 PM ET

Rams RE Robert Quinn was arrested for DWI on July 10.

All we know right now is that Quinn was pulled over in a St. Louis suburb and charged with DWI and two additional traffic charges after a single-car accident. It's his first strike in the NFL's eyes, even though he was forced to sit out the entire 2010 season at North Carolina after lying to the NCAA about receiving improper benefits. Quinn, the 14th overall pick in the 2011 draft, still projects as the Rams' starting right end. He picked up five sacks off the bench as a rookie.
