Taylor Teagarden blasted a 13th-inning walkoff homer on Saturday, leading the Orioles to an 8-6 victory over the Tigers.
It was Teagarden's first game since coming off the 60-day DL, and he made an immediate impact. The unlikeliest of heroes, Teagarden hit just .250 with no homers and three RBI over 24 minor league at-bats to begin the year. He'll serve as the Orioles' primary backup catcher behind Matt Wieters.
