Guthrie alone atop Honda after bogey-free 63

Luke Guthrie smoothed a bogey-free, 7-under-par 32-31=63 in the second round of The Honda Classic to post the 36-hole clubhouse lead at 9-under 131.

Guthrie hit 14 greens in regulation today and rolled in seven birdies. The set included conversions from 19'1", 20'1" and 14'11" at holes 12, 13 and 7, respectively. Overall, he's hit 27 GIR and suffered just two bogeys. Today's 63 is a new personal-best on the PGA TOUR for the rookie.
