Colts bring in third-down back Mewelde Moore

Colts signed RB Mewelde Moore and waived QB David Legree.
Purely a passing-down specialist entering his age-30 season, Moore averaged an impressive 7.1 yards on 22 carries and 9.5 yards on 11 catches under new Colts OC Bruce Arians in Pittsburgh last year. The signing suggests Arians is not convinced Donald Brown can handle pass-protection duties on third downs. Legree was undrafted out of Hampton University.
