Hamilton (illness) likely to miss weekend

Rangers manager Ron Washington said that Josh Hamilton, who was hospitalized Friday with an intestinal virus, isn't likely to play at all during the weekend series against the Astros.
Leonys Martin was recalled from Triple-A Round Rock to make the start in his place on Friday and will likely stick around all week. This definitely sounds like it's much more serious than the normal flu bug and the Rangers will undoubtedly take it very cautiously with their star outfielder.
