Matt Joyce continued his year-long pummeling of right-handed pitching on Tuesday night, going 3-for-4 in a losing effort against Chris Young and the Mets.
Joyce has spent the majority of his time in the cleanup spot with Evan Longoria sidelined, and is quietly having an excellent season. With Tuesday's 3-for-4 effort included, he's now hitting .293 with 11 homers and 35 RBI. But keep in mind that he faded in the second half of 2011. It may be wise to sell high on Joyce before Longoria returns from the disabled list.
