Brandt Snedeker crafted a bogey-free, 4-under-par 34-34=68 at Spyglass Hill in his second round of the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am to reach the midpoint in 8-under 134, good for a share of the 36-hole clubhouse lead.
There were reports that Sneds had four-putted the par-5 11th hole today, but that was incorrect due to a communication error. In fact, he carded a 5 on the hole. Meanwhile, he picked off four birdies, two of which on other par 5s. After his round today, the PGA TOUR's media page on Twitter posted the following: "Co-leader Brandt Snedeker to have ribs worked on after @attproam today. No word if same area that caused him to miss U.S. Open last year." The world's hottest golfer without a win this year will finish this week's rotation at Pebble Beach on Saturday.
