Ted Potter, Jr. chased his opening 67 at Pebble Beach with a 3-under-par 36-31=67 at Monterey Peninsula Country Club's Shore Course in his second round of the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am.
The lefty hit the ground running today with an eagle at the par-5 10th hole, his first of the round. He'd offset it with consecutive bogeys before turning in even par. However, Potter, Jr. then converted four birdies coming in before settling for a bogey at the par-3 ninth hole. At the time he signed his card, he held outright possession of the 36-hole clubhouse lead at 8-under 134. Look for him at Spyglass Hill in Saturday's third round.
