Dolphins signed fourth-round RB Lamar Miller to a four-year contract.
The Dolphins drafted Miller with the intention of bringing him along slowly, perhaps as a return option and No. 3 back behind Reggie Bush and Daniel Thomas. Thomas is an old-regime holdover and questionable new-scheme fit, though, and Miller has made a nice impression in OTAs. If Miller can keep it up when the pads go on in August, he could unseat Thomas for the No. 2 back job.
