Hideki Matsui expected to join Rays on Tue.

Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports that Hideki Matsui is expected to join the Rays on Tuesday.
We're a little surprised to see it happen so soon, as Matsui is batting just .170 (8-for-47) in 13 games with Triple-A Durham, but the Rays evidently think he's ready to face major league pitching. Our expectations are pretty modest, as he turns 38 next month and had a .696 OPS with the A's last season, but he's a worthy pickup in AL-only leagues.
