Bears GM Phil Emery insists he isn't concerned about Brandon Marshall's off-the-field issues.
"People have the capacity to change," Emery said. "He's an intelligent guy, and he's accepted his faults, and he's working toward improving them. ... We felt if there was a place Brandon would fit, it was here." It's up for debate whether Marshall will change, but he dodged a big bullet by avoiding charges for his role in a March brouhaha in a New York nightclub. For now, his off-field slate is clean.
