Carlos Santana placed on 7-day concussion DL

Indians placed C Carlos Santana on the 7-day disabled list with a concussion.
Santana suffered the concussion when he was hit in the facemask by a foul ball on Friday. He'll be eligible to return next week, but he must pass a concussion test before being cleared for baseball activities. Lou Marson will take over catching duties for the Indians in the short-term while career minor-leaguer Luke Carlin is expected to be promoted from Triple-A Columbus on Saturday.
