Robert Meachem fully participating at OTAs

Philip Rivers confirmed that Robert Meachem (knee scope) is participating fully in Chargers offseason workouts.
Meachem got his right knee scope out of the way early in the offseason, and he's working as a first-teamer at OTAs. "Oh yeah," said Rivers. "He looks real good. He's running around and picking up the offense super fast." The Chargers believe Meachem can emerge as a true No. 1-type receiver in their offense.
