Hester penciled in opposite Marshall?

According to ESPN Chicago, Devin Hester is currently penciled in as a starter opposite Brandon Marshall, leaving No. 45 overall pick Alshon Jeffery in the slot.
New QBs coach Jeremy Bates apparently "really likes Hester in the new system." We're not buying it. The under-sized Hester has flopped every time he's been given a starting opportunity, and the Bears didn't draft the 6-foot-3, 216-pound Jeffery to man the slot. Even if Hester begins the year as a starter, it shouldn't take long for Jeffery to be shifted outside.
