Hiroki Kuroda had a rough outing against the Royals on Saturday evening, surrendering three runs (two earned) on six hits in just 4 1/3 innings of work.
Kuroda struck out two and walked three in the game. The loss drops him to 2-4 and his ERA sits at 3.75. He's been inconsistent early in his tenure as a Yankee but should be able to settle in and deliver more consistent results moving forward. Kuroda will look to get back on the right track when he takes on the Mariners next week.
