Pablo Sandoval left in the sixth inning of Wednesday's game after injuring his left hand.
"He took a swing and had quite a bit of pain and had to come out," Giants manager Bruce Bochy said. "We'll know more [Thursday]. There's a lot of concern here. We know what this guy means to our club and our offense." Sandoval was spotted wearing a brace on the hand Wednesday night and presumably underwent X-rays. He's batting .316/.375/.537 in 24 games this season.
