Hiroki Kuroda pitched well against the Rangers on Tuesday, allowing just two runs on five hits in 6 2/3 innings.
Kuroda struck out five and walked just two, but he picked up the loss as he was out-pitched by Yu Darvish. Ian Kinsler got the scoring started with a solo homer leading off the first inning, and that was all the offense that the Rangers would need. Still, it's a welcome sight to see the improved effort from Kuroda, and he'll look to carry that over to his next start against the Tigers.
