Bobby V: Carl Crawford's elbow is a concern

Red Sox manager Bobby Valentine said Carl Crawford's left elbow remains a concern and the team is "still gathering information."
Crawford was examined in Boston Tuesday, with the results not yet known. Of course, Crawford initially landed on the disabled list due to his recovery from wrist surgery, but it appears that the elbow is more of a concern now. The outfielder had been slated to return in early May, but it's possible the elbow might push that timetable back.
