Report: Dolphins owner pushing for Tannehill

A league source tells Profootballtalk.com that Dolphins owner Stephen Ross is "pushing hard" for the team to draft Ryan Tannehill.
PFT's source says no person in the Dolphins' building is pushing hard for Tannehill than Ross, including OC Mike Sherman -- Tannehill's college coach. Per PFT's Mike Florio, Ross "desperately" wants to turn the page on another embarrassing whiff on free-agent targets, specifically Peyton Manning and then Matt Flynn. The Dolphins' season-ticket base is plunging, and Ross apparently believes that drafting Tannehill could restore the fanbase's hope.
