Flu forces DJ to withdraw from the Sony Open

Dustin Johnson withdrew at the turn of his second round of the Sony Open in Hawaii due to flu-like symptoms.
DJ started the first hole and went out in 3-over 38 before calling it quits. He was an aggregate 2-over through 27. Looking ahead, it would seem reasonable to assume that he'd commit to the Farmers Insurance Open in two weeks since he's played that event in each of the last five years. We'll confirm when the field is a released a week from today.
