Feliz (shoulder) scratched from Monday start

Neftali Feliz (shoulder) has been scratched from his next scheduled start on Monday.
This shouldn't come as a big surprise. Feliz threw long-toss on Friday without any issues, but the Rangers don't want to take any chances. The 23-year-old right-hander hasn't been ruled out for the start of the season, but it all depends on when he'll be cleared to pitch in a game again. Scott Feldman is expected to start in his place Monday.
