Report: Burress wants to play for the Eagles

NBC Philadelphia's Howard Eskin reports that free agent Plaxico Burress "badly" wants to sign with the Eagles.
Burress makes more sense for the Eagles this year than last because they've seen what Riley Cooper is (not much) and have a need for improved red-zone offense. Entering his age-35 season, Plax offers little between the twenties, but he can still score touchdowns. He'd likely be a third receiver in Philly.
