Marino's timeline to return remains a mystery

Steve Marino has been given 21 starts on a Major Medical Extension to earn $562,470 and retain status.
Since suffering a relapse with his left knee in June, no news has surfaced to offer an idea of when he plans on returning to competition. Typically, from a fantasy perspective, no news is good news, but we can't lean on any evidence that he's a safe investment right out of the gates. Because he qualified for 21 starts on the medical, the insurance is that he won't have to take too much of a conservative approach in terms of scheduling, but until further information is released about his status, only salary gamers should bite at $85K.
