Graeme McDowell was twice in position to capture his second major championship title in 2012, but both times fell hard in the final round.
McDowell was in the final pairing at the U.S. Open alongside Jim Furyk before both faltered, handing Webb Simpson his first major. He was then positioned to make a move at The Open Championship bbut a final-round 75 paved the way for Ernie Els to break Adam Scott's heart. Gamers won't get a ton of starts out of McDowell, as he's made just 16 in each of his two seasons after claiming the 2010 U.S. Open, but his quality of play is usually solid. He had eight top 25s, four top 10s and two runner-ups in those 16 starts in 2012.
