Dec. 3, 2012 - 1:25 PM ET

Rafael Cabrera-Bello withdrew from the final stage of Q School during his final round, citing a stomach ache.

Cabrera-Bellow started the day at 10-under 350, just five strokes outside the top 25. He opened his finale at PGA West's Stadium Course with a par at the par-4 10th hole before calling it quits. Shortly thereafter, he alerted his followers on Twitter with this entry: "Thanks to everybody for all the support. Stomach ache made me withdraw. #anotherdaywillbemyday" The Spaniard enjoyed a fruitful 2012. He chalked up an early win in Dubai, the first of six top 10s abroad. He also ascended into the top 50 of the world ranking for the first time, topping out at 43rd in August.
