Kaymer accepts membership on the PGA TOUR

Martin Kaymer will join the PGA TOUR for the first time in 2013.
Kaymer earned the opportunity to accept membership with his victory at the 2010 PGA Championship. He postponed his commitment but made it clear that it was still in his plans. That he will be a rookie in 2013 will bother purists, but fantasy gamers will love it. The German, who will turn 27 on Dec. 28, hasn't competed in more than 11 events in the PGA TOUR in any season (2009) -- he made just eight starts in 2012 -- so his value is certain to spike.
