Report: Kuroda still undecided on East Coast

SI.com's Jon Heyman reports that there is a "strong belief" that Hiroki Kuroda would not approve a deal to the Tigers or Indians and is still "iffy" on going to the Yankees or Red Sox.
Kuroda wants to stay on the West Coast and closer to his family, but some have felt he'd be willing to go to the East Coast for just a couple months. It sounds like that's far from a slam dunk, though, and it appears he'll only go to a team he thinks will definitely make the playoffs.
